My wife and I left Clearwater about 2 years ago, for not-so-much greener pastures in Augusta, Ga. Having struggled here, we are now quite homesick for Pinellas. Both sets of parents reside in Palm Harbor. There is nothing for us in Augusta any longer. I have been aware of the tax burden homeowners bear in Fl and that has been the main impetus for us to NOT return. You have given us hope. Thanks for the breakdown and update on the situation.
