Why Video Leverages Your Online Offline Marketing Success
Tampa Florida – Well it’s 2012 and it’s predicted that by 2013 about 90% for Google search results will include videos.

- Don’t you think it’s time to stop letting that Beast called “Video” intimidate you?

I have to confess, even though we’ve been creating videos in our Real Estate Business since 2007, for most of that time I managed NOT be the one in front of the camera. There are definitely lots of ways to use video in your business and not be in front of the camera, however, when you do allow yourself to step in front of the camera, there is a real ability to connect with people watching that is like being their in person.
Things really changed for me last year when I made the decision to conquer my fears and insecurities and slay that Beast called Video once and for all. Of course as luck would have it that decision coincided with some weird medical condition (that doctors still can’t determine) that caused me to lose much of my hair rather suddenly- talk about a girls worst nightmare. Now if you think getting in front of the video camera is nerve wracking – try getting in front of a camera while you are mysteriously going bald – take my word for it, it’s not pretty.
Luckily 6 years of blogging and participating in social media had helped me get comfortable and appreciate the value of transparency and authenticity. I knew I was with clients everyday who saw me exactly the same way that I was reluctant to seen on video. Now really, how silly was that? Well at that moment I realized the same thing and began to laugh at myself. The Beast wasn’t really Video – the beast was within, my insecurities were holding me back from using video in a way that would help my current and future clients know our market, our community and us so much better. So that day I made 2 decisions. One, I decided to buy several fashionable hats would come in handy and two, I decided I really could do this…and I can tell you – that’s exactly what I did. A week from Monday I look forward to sharing my best tips and ideas to help you do the same.

Tides North Redington Beach FL – We cover all the Pinellas County beaches, not just those on Clearwater Beach FL. So when buyers are looking for great Florida beach real estate and they don’t want to be on Clearwater Beach FL we often show them the Tides Beach Club – luxury beachfront condos in North Redington Beach FL. We recently helped a dentist and his wife buy their vacation condo at The Tides and negotiated a sweet deal too, see for yourself…
They loved the fact that the Tides Beach Club condos are located on a large 10 acre private beach and that the community is gated as well which made them feel extra secure since they won’t be here year round. (Both of which are hard to find around here.
Since they live in Pennsylvania, after their visit, we helped them through the whole buying process from their home in PA. This is what we do – We specialize in helping families like them buy their second homes, beach houses or vacation condos. We are prepared to offer full service throughout the whole process – whatever it takes to make the whole experience as stress-free as possible for our clients.
For example, we attend the home inspection and then actually video the home inspector explaining any issues and concerns. We helped them arrange for a property management company to do rentals for them once it closed. We also helped them with all the condo document and approval process – delivering papers, overnighting and faxing as needed too. The video below is them sharing about their experience on their first trip back seeing the condo they purchased since the whole buying process was a mail away. This really helps when you are an out of town buyer.
In the end, there’s nothing like the feeling when you help someone find exactly what they are looking in a beach home and then get to help them celebrate their new piece of Fl paradise – we love our job – this is why we do what we do everyday!
The Tides Beach Club Condos – North Redington Beach FL
- The Tides Beach Club completed in 1998 is made up of 6 separate condominium buildings and a total of 214 beachfront condominiums units;
- It has a club house with a large veranda capturing the old Florida style with billiards room, exercise room, ice cream area and more overlooking the largest of the 3 community pools;
- It allows pets up to 60 lbs;
- Indoor laundry inside the condos is a feature always appreciated
- It allows rentals – however the minimum is 30 days;
- Enjoy hammocks nestled between palm trees on perfectly manicured grounds on the Gulf of Mexico;
- Lots of areas to grill and entertain and their are also poolside cabanas decked out to each owners personal tastes;
The Tides boasts of a little history to – You can see pictures in the club house from back in the 1950′s. Then the Tides Hotel and Bath Club (as it was known then) was visited by lots of stars and celebrities and was said to be a favorite of Joe DiMaggio and Marylin Monroe.
