Recently condos for sale have asked @$300/sq ft. some 2 bedroom and some 3 bedroom units nothing has sold in this complex since June of 2007 and only one unit is currently on the market - it is a 3 bedroom 2 bath unit just under 1900 sq feet asking @$550,000.
