This kills me! “there are no boat docks here – local boaters just drop an anchor and wade in.” Clearwater truly is a long way from Chico! lol :)

  2. Cyndee Haydon

Sandi – some places are more “casual” than others – I understand the lol! You should check out the webcam on the weekend – Shepards is always hopping!

  3. Ashley Drake Gephart

Cyndee I think wading into to to get to the restaurant sounds like a blast! You sure have some great ways to enjoying the boating lifestyle. – Ashley

  4. Lenny Gurvich

Great info. Makes we want to keep my boat! May have to drag it over there one weekend to sample some of these places.

  5. Terry McDonald

Beachfront condos from the high 200′s and a place to drive your boat to for dinner. Very nice indeed. Terry McDonald

  6. Margaret Woda

Now THIS sounds like a lifestyle Crofton residents would enjoy! Please be sure to include this type of thing in the materials we use in my “F is for Florida in February” program next month.

  7. Susie Roscoe

Clearwater Beach offers “drive up service” for dinner – What don’t they offer Cyndee? Susie – Brandon, FL

  8. Andrew Gulsby

I need to know where I can leave my truck and trailer for three nights. I will be staying in clearwater beach. Can you leave your trailer at the Seminole Street Boat Dock as long as you keep it paid up?

  9. Cyndee Haydon

Andrew – sorry I don’t know the answer to that but I would certainly give them a call and ask them. Have fun!

Wow-I popped in to see what you have been up to and being here in Denver a LONG way away from the coast you destroy me with this post about boating and dining. When we lived in Wrightsville Beach, NC we loved taking the boat out to eat and slowly cruising home. Last I checked we have nothing like that here on the Front Range.

We just didn’t realize how lucky we were when we were there. Enjoy your week! SB
